While listening to one of my favorite podcasts, The Ed Mylett Show, I came across an old episode that I missed with Andy Frisella on the show. I didn’t know who he was but I knew his brand, 1st Phorm. I was blown away by his story and as usual, started to research and learn more about him. That’s when I found out about #75HARD!!
I immediately get sidetracked and now start researching this insane challenge. For those, like me, who never heard this before, here is a quick rundown of #75HARD:
- Two 45 minute workouts (one must be outdoors)
- Take a Progress Picture
- Read 10 pages of a book
- Drink 1 Gallon of Water
- Follow A Diet
- No Cheat Meals or Alcohol
That’s it… but you must do this EVERY DAY! There’s more details to the tasks, but you can check that out on the website. (www.75HARD.com) According to the website, This is not a fitness program. This is a Transformative Mental Toughness Program! This will change your life, the way you think and your level of discipline. Why wouldn’t anyone want to do this?
OK, so I decided I want to give this a try. It all seems very doable. I would imagine the hardest thing is the double workouts. Oh yeah, not to mention the no alcohol or cheat meals. I already have a few books I want to read and I have been wanting to get back into my workouts. Looking forward to how this challenge is going to affect my life. I will keep posting with any changes and progress. Who else is in?!
