How Much CBD Should I Take?

If you are new to taking CBD, congratulations! CBD can be a very healing and soothing experience for you. But it’s important to note a few things before you take your first dose.

Everyone’s experience with CBD is different because each individual will process CBD differently. What works for someone else may not necessarily work for you. Some Factors that may determine how you process CBD are your general health, your reason for taking CBD, your metabolism, etc.

It’s important to remember that CBD is NOT a cure all. Just because you started taking CBD, it doesn't mean that anything you are struggling with will suddenly disappear. CBD is just a healthier alternative that may help!

CBD also needs some time to build up in your system. Start low and go slow. Your first dose should be a low dose. If you don't feel the desired effect, then increase in increments of 5mg until you reach your desired effect. That would be your optimal daily dose.

Most people will start off with a dose of somewhere between 20-40mg, however, start at less if you are not sure if that’s a good starting point for you. Figuring out this dose will depend on the potency of the product you are taking. Below is a table using our product as an example.

This is just a general guide to help you as you start to learn how CBD works for you. As always, if you have any questions on CBD or how to start your experience, we are here for you to answer all your questions. Happy Dosing!
