So yesterday was Day 75 on the #75HARD Program! I can’t believe it's over! Again, for those who have never heard of #75HARD and don’t know all the details, here is a quick rundown of the program:
- Two 45 minute workouts (one must be outdoors)

- Read 10 Pages of a Book (non-fiction, something that will actually help you in life)

While listening to one of my favorite podcasts, The Ed Mylett Show, I came across an old episode that I missed with Andy Frisella on the show. I didn’t know who he was but I knew his brand, 1st Phorm. I was blown away by his story and as usual, started to research and learn more about him. That’s when I found out about #75HARD!!
