What is CBD?

Cannabidiol, also known as CBD, is one of many compounds found naturally in the cannabis plant. It is NOT an intoxicant like THC, which means CBD will NOT make you feel stoned.

What is Delta-8 THC?

Delta-8 THC is a new cannabinoid that is derived from Hemp. It has a psychoactive effect and feelings of intoxication that are usually associated with Delta-9 THC.

How is Delta-8 THC different from Delta-9 THC?

Delta-8 THC differs from the traditional Delta-9 THC as it is derived from hemp and legal federally and in most states and carries the same benefits and effects.

Is CBD legal in Texas?

Yes, CBD Products made with CBD extracted from the industrial hemp plant contains less than 0.3% of THC and is not mind altering and is legal in most states. Currently CBD is still not clear on legality in the state of Iowa. CBD Edibles and Drink products are not legal in the following states: New York and North Carolina. Please check with your states current Hemp/THC laws before making any purchases.

Is Delta-8 THC legal in Texas?

Yes. Delta-8 is legal federally and in most states. Our Delta-8 products are derived from 100% Legal Hemp and does not exceed the legal limit of Delta-9 THC (0.3%). The Texas House Bill 1325, which was signed into law by Greg Abbott in June 2019, makes hemp and “and any part of that plant, including the seeds of the plant and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, that does not exceed the legal limit of Delta-9 THC (0.3%) on a dry weight basis,” legal. Please check with your states current Hemp/THC laws before making any purchases.

Are your CBD products THC Free?

Yes! We currently have two different kinds of CBD that we use: Isolate and Broad Spectrum. Both are THC Free and we have our lab results on our website.

Will CBD work for me?

Try it for yourself. If you are not happy, we will provide a full refund of your product.

Is it safe to buy CBD online?

Ensure you are buying from a reputable company and the CBD has less than 0.3% THC content. Most of the information should be available on the products COA, which you can request if they are not posted on a website.

How do I pay for my CBD order online?

Due to Federal Regulations, the banking process has not been finalized for CBD businesses. This complicates the payment process, however we have three different payment options. Please read all the information on the payments page before you complete your order to ensure you have selected your most convenient option.

What is you return/refund policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14 day return policy. Contact us and we will do our best to correct any issues. If we cannot correct it, you can return any unused portion of your order and we will issue a full refund. Please read the refund policy for all the details.

How much CBD should I take?

There are so many factors that make a prescribed amount difficult. Everyone  is different and will metabolize CBD differently. Some of those factors include genetics, your weight, metabolism, the product, etc. The best method is to start off on a low dose and increment slowly until desired effect is reached. Please consult with your doctor to determine if CBD is for you and/or about potential drug interactions.

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 2-3 business days and will arrive based on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Please see our shipping policy prior to checkout. Once your order is complete and processed, you will receive a confirmation with all the shipping details via the email address you entered at checkout.
